I’ve created this page of resources for an easy access list of companies, products and services that I personally use and/or trust and know will be a good fit for my readers.
This page contains affiliate links but they are all products, services or companies that I highly recommend and know hold value. I will never promote anything that I haven’t used or am willing to use myself.
Money Saving Sites & Services
Savings Star- Sign up with Savings Star and save money on your groceries with paperless coupons.I’ve personally saved hundreds of dollars with this site!
Ibotta- A paperless coupon site and one of my favorites too! It’s so easy to unlock your coupon, scan your rewards card at checkout and save money! You recieve payout from Ibotta once your savings balance hits $20.00. When you combine Ibotta with Saving Star you’re getting double the money!
Ebates- Sign up and get cash back on something you’re already doing, shopping! Ebates was primarily used for online shopping but just earned some points with me by enabling customers to use in stores too. You can shop online or in stores at retailers like Kohls, Toys R Us (great for Christmas), Amazon, Walmart, etc. just like you normally would except now you’re earning up to 40% cash back!
Paribus- When you sign up for Paribus, they scan your email for receipts from online purchases you’ve made to see if you qualify for a refund due to the companies price protection guarantee. For example, I made a purchase from Amazon 2 weeks ago. Paribus regularly checks to see if Amazon drops the price on the product I purchased and if they do, asks Amazon to refund me the difference due to their price protection guarantee. As a reward, Paribus keeps 5% and you get the rest! Easy money!
Target REDcard- If you shop at Target, ever, then you need a REDcard. It’s basically their version of a rewards card and it allows you a 5% discount on every purchase you make either in store or online to save money. Furthermore, when you use your REDcard which debits your checking account, you get FREE shipping on every purchase made online. I use it for that reason alone, the 5% discount is just a bonus!
YouGov- When you sign up with YouGov you’re rewarded points that convert into gift cards for taking short 10 minute surveys. Companies, governments and institutions use this data to better understand the people supporting them. The Gift Cards make great gifts at Christmas!
You now have the resources to save thousands of dollars a year the same way I do!
HostGator- Powerful, reliable and affordable web hosting. This is actually the hosting I currently use for I’m Luving This Life and have never had an issue. I chose HostGator because in the beginning, I wasn’t too sure what I was doing or how long I’d be doing it so I wanted a month to month payment option. HostGator provided that along with a 45 money back guarantee so I took advantage.
Bluehost- Full disclosure, bluehost was my original hosting platform of choice but they didn’t offer the month to month payment option I had wanted so I went elsewhere. When you sign up for bluehost, you’ll receive outstanding hosting with great customer service. At $3.45/mo it is very affordable and when you sign up using this link, you’ll receive a free domain and 30 day money back guarantee.
Food Blogger Pro- I am currently on the Food Blogger Pro waiting list and am so excited to get started. When you enter this community, you’ll have access to over 300 videos made for beginner to intermediate food bloggers, access to the community forum where you’ll get your questions answered and special discounts on services and tools offered exclusively to food bloggers.
Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing Course- This online course is offered by Michelle Schroeder of Making Sense of Cents. She consistently makes over $50,000/mo with her last income report showing upwards of $100,000. I want to learn from the best and Michelle is one of the best in affiliate marketing. Her class did not disappoint and I am already seeing the benefits. If you are blogging for profit, you NEED to take this class.
Twitter Legend ECourse- This is one of the first courses I took when I started blogging. It’s helped me a great deal getting those coveted clicks for and IZEA or Linqia campaign. I love this because being a blogger isn’t a necessity to take this course. Anyone with a large social media following can use Twitter Legend and earn money.
StudioPress- This is where I got The Beautiful Pro Theme that I’m Luving This Life runs on. It uses the genesis framework and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend paying for a cool theme to make your blog look more professional.
Fotor- Fotor is one of several photo editing sites I use. I love that you can create awesome photos for FREE or you can upgrade and access a ton of more creatives. I’ve survived with the free and love it!
Canva- This photo editing site is quickly becoming a favorite. I’m not even sure I can describe the awesomeness, you just need to check it out.
PicMonkey- This is the last photo editing site I use. I think if I had the Royale (paid) version, I might use it a little more. You can get a 7 day free trial of Royale here.
Boardbooster– I am a HUGE fan of Boardbooster. I signed up to increase my traffic from Pinterest and gain more followers. It has performed beautifully and can’t recommend it enough. I am a forever fan!
To be continued..
Lots of Luv!
