Slow Cooker London Broil is officially the way to go in my house.
We were pretty lucky that our local market had London Broil’s on sale, buy one-get one.
I plan all of our weekly meals around this flyer to keep our dinner budget reasonable. We are a family of 4 and 2 of us have big-money taste buds, so if not reigned in, it can get out of control quickly. Especially with meat. My husband could eat steak every single night and never grow tired of it. Another reason why I was so excited about the London Broil deal!
I knew he would want to grill one of the London Broils, he makes a rub and places it in a zip-lock bag with Olive Oil and Minced Garlic. It’ll sit in the fridge like that for a couple of days before grilling.
I gotta tell ya; it is pretty dang tasty when all said and done.
With the other one. I knew I wanted to make it in the slow cooker, but I wasn’t sure about the gravy.
I love gravy and have made pretty much every variation, either from scratch or a packet and to me, they’re all pretty tasty if doctored right.
I decided on a gravy we use with Pepper Steak. I knew it would be a gamble considering this isn’t an Asian dish, but I couldn’t stop thinking about it. lol
I am so glad I did. It was so incredibly tasty, and I’m pretty sure I’ll always do it like this from this point forward.

I paired this with some mashed potatoes, homemade stuffing (recipe coming soon) and corn. Everybody was in the clean-plate-club tonight, and I have never been so excited for leftovers. This is going to make a fantastic Hot Beef & Gravy Sandwich!
