Lately, I have not been able to get Honey Mustard off the brain. I knew I wanted to create a recipe with it but I just wasn’t sure what or how. I did know that I wanted it to be quick, easy and healthy though!
I was on Pinterest just scrolling through and when I saw a recipe for crab cakes, it was like a little bell went off, Ding! Ding! Ding! I was going to make a cake!
Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Cakes
These were such a breeze to make thanks to the
love of my life slow cooker. I put the chicken in and cooked it on low for 8 hours. When I was ready to get baking, I shredded it all up and added my ingredients to it. After everything was mixed well, I formed little patties and placed them on a baking sheet. I use Reynolds Wrap Non Stick Foil so there’s no need to spray before cooking. They lifted right off without any sticking.
